I’m having problems installing boonzi
Some operating system configurations, antivirus or firewalls may be behind this problem.

My download file has a “.man” extension
This may happen when you download Boonzi using
Internet Explorer. When this happens all you need to do is rename the file, changing the extension, from
“.man” to
“.msi”.
Windows 8 shows a SmartScreen warning and doesn’t let me continue
If the warning is “Windows protected your PC”, click
More Info and then
Run anyway.
My OS X shows a warning “App can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer”
This happens because Apples Gatekeeper software is configured to only trust applications downloaded through the Mac app store. You can deactivate Gatekeeper temporarily or when launching the installer, doing it using Ctrl+Click (or right click over the file and choosing “open”).
See it step by step
here.
My antivirus does not trust the file
Don’t worry, Boonzi is in fact a trustworthy personal finance software. After downloading you can confirm it with your antivirus.
This can happen with some web-browsers or antivirus that, to protect the user, show alerts when the files to be downloaded are hosted in recently created domains.
So, in this case, you should ignore the warning and proceed with the download. If the antivirus blocks the download, you can switch it off temporarily until you have finished downloading the file.
None of the above work
Most download problems are usually reported on windows computers. You can alternatively download Boonzi for windows, in a
ZIP file,
